I’ve just realised that I may have lost all my photos of our stay in Singapore in 2001-2002!!! What a bummer! The worst is that I’m 99% sure it’s due to a humain mistake… yes, MY mistake.

Anyway, MY advice to you is Backup, Backup, Backup! and not on hard drives where you can delete things but ALSO on optical UN-rewritable UN-deletable disks. iPhoto & iTunes offer a very pleasant way to backup your valuable data on optical disks, preserving all the ablums and meta-data.
