Mac OS X gotcha: Spotlight
The standard Spotlight search field uses “begins with” for filenames and NOT (as you would expect) “contains”. This means that searching for ‘ssh’ doesn’t find the file/folder named ‘openssh’.
To make a search using “contains”, you must use the Find command in the Finder and select “name” “contains”.
